Excellent stay with charming ambiance, delicious breakfast with a variety of options, friendly staff, and great spa facilities. Location was perfect, very close to ski lifts.

The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and ski lift. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the sauna and Turkish bath.

Our romantic escape wasn't as perfect as we expected. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was smaller than we thought it would be, and the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Spent Christmas at this Austrian hotel in the middle of a beautiful valley. the staff were experts in hospitality; always going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Loved the convenience of free locker facilities at the ski lift and the shuttle back and forth. the cherry on top was the amazing spa located in the basement. We enjoyed the various saunas and even the cold room was a welcome treat.

Our room was a bit cramped, and the beds were on the soft side. the view from our windows was disappointing, just a car park and the courtyard.
